Large scale extension and renovations to existing 17th century Cotswold farmhouse. The build was of traditional construction with reclaimed quoins and building stone under reconstituted Cotswold stone tiles. Bespoke joinery package to include oak trusses, beams, staircase and shutters with painted hardwood windows and doors.
The masonary package included 7 no. Corinthian columns, 2 stone arched doorways, internal quoins to door surround and a hand crafted fireplace all made from local bath stone.
All ground floors laid to large format limestone tiles with under floor heating.
Outside area’s of extensive sandstone paving and enclosed in traditional dry stone walls.
