Boucher Farm

BoucherWhat we Did

Major alterations and renovation of existing 17th century farmhouse and large scale modern extension.

The old farmhouse was stripped back to bare walls throughout and brought into the 21st century with 3 new bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and 3 reception rooms, oak doors and floors and sand blasted original beams.

New hand painted hardwood windows and doors complimented by the bath stone hand carved portico and fireplace.

The 100m2 ground floor extension was constructed with reclaimed limestone walling stone, large powder coated aluminium sliding doors and zinc standing seam flat roof.

The contemporary kitchen with handle less door frames with quartz worktops, with underfloor heating throughout under grey / beige hand worked limestone tiles.

The existing derelict barn converted into 2 no. holiday lets.  Complete rebuild, new roof and repair of existing elm trusses, elm floors and cider press reinstated to meet listed consentual requirements.  Solid oak windows and doors and limestone heated floors.
