What We Did

Extensive renovation and extensions to existing house to create ground floor cinema room and additional 2nd floor.

Features include; Triple glazed windows and doors, bespoke joinery package, cinema room and installation of Lutron lighting control system .

Outside spaces created with limestone walls and sandstone pavings.

Renovation and refurbishment of existing buildings to create workshops and a gallery space in Stroud town centre.

Extensive damp proofing and structural works were undertaken combined with thermal upgrading to meet required current U value.

Features included anodised aluminium doors and windows, polished concrete floors, italian porphyry external paving and lime rendered external walls.

What We Did

Large scale extension and renovations to existing 17th century Cotswold farmhouse. The build was of traditional construction with reclaimed quoins and building stone under reconstituted Cotswold stone tiles. Bespoke joinery package to include oak trusses, beams, staircase and shutters with painted hardwood windows and doors.

Major alterations and renovation of existing 17th century farmhouse and large scale modern extension.

The old farmhouse was stripped back to bare walls throughout and brought into the 21st century with 3 new bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and 3 reception rooms, oak doors and floors and sand blasted original beams.

New hand painted hardwood windows and doors complimented by the bath stone hand carved portico and fireplace.
